Located Just Off Highway 411 - Close to US Interstate 75.

In 1987, a 270 x 100 ft. building was built in the Madisonville Industrial Park near the front of the 7 acre property.  The manufacturing/warehouse building is masonry front, metal sides and back, metal roof, interior steel perimeter columns supporting girders to provide 3 partitioned areas without interior supports. Interior eave height of 11 ft. and maximum 13 ft height.  One area is air conditioned with separate 200 amp 3 phase electric. The other 2 areas share a 600 amp 3 phase electric. Loading docks are located at both ends. An additional 16x120 ft. front, air conditioned office area includes 4 private office areas, one with private entrance, two with private restrooms, conference room, kitchen/ breakroom area, men’s and women’s restrooms. In 2013, truck access and a drainage detention area were added to the site, new lighting and air conditioning to a production area and a number of improvements were made to the office areas. In 2017 the office air conditioning was replaced. Warehouse lighting was renewed. The Industrial Park has restrictive covenants to limit the amount of dust, fumes, odors, smoke or noise. The building is currently leased but could be made available for new owners.
